As a mom, I know the postpartum struggle of wanting to get back to feeling like yourself again. To get that “flat tummy” to “lose the baby weight” and to just feel “normal” again. I also know first hand the pain and set backs from jumping in too hard and too fast after giving birth and I don’t want any mom to feel this pressure and suffer the consequences. There is a ton of misinformation out there and I want to share the safest postpartum training with you.
I have combined my anatomy knowledge from being a Registered Nurse, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor and most importantly a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist to create a safe training program. Each individual is different and I want to join you where you are at in your postpartum journey and target your specific needs to get you and your body feeling great!
