Pregnancy and child birth put a huge demand on your body. Our bodies are amazingly resilient, however there may be some lingering effects that can be corrected:

  • Diastasis Recti – separation and weakness of the abdominal muscles
  • Weak/tight pelvic floor muscles
  • Leaking, painful sex and prolapse
  • Muscle weakness and imbalances
  • Inactive glutes, tight achy hips, neck/shoulder/back pain, pubic symphysis pain
  • Poor alignment
  • Shallow breathing pattern

Each individual is different. I will join you where you are at in your pregnancy/postpartum journey to target your specific needs and get you and your body feeling great!
